Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of nummero.com. Datasets and data licensing are supplied under a separate written agreement; where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.

What Nummero does
We publish the Nummero Verification Standard, measure datasets against it, supply verified datasets to AI labs, and help organisations that hold data connect with buyers who want it. This site exists to explain that work and to start conversations.
Using the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. In particular, you agree not to:
- — Scrape or bulk-download the site's content, or use automated tools to harvest it.
- — Interfere with the site, its security, or its availability.
- — Misrepresent who you are, or where data you offer to us came from.
- — Use our name or materials to imply endorsement that we have not given.
Your enquiries
Information you send us must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. If you offer data for licensing, you confirm that you hold the rights, licences and consents needed to offer it, and that you will tell us promptly if that position changes. We are not obliged to accept any submission, and we decline submissions we cannot verify.
Our materials
The Nummero name and logo, the illustrations on this site, and the text describing the Verification Standard are ours. You may cite our published method with attribution and without alteration. You may not republish our materials as your own, or present our checks as evidence for figures we have not measured.
Datasets and verification results
A verification result is a measurement of a specific file set against a stated method at a point in time. It is not a forecast. We do not warrant that a dataset will improve a model, that it suits your training objective, or that it will measure identically under a harness we have not seen.
Figures, counts and descriptions shown on this site are indicative and may be revised as batches are re-measured. The dataset you receive is governed by the terms of the agreement that supplies it, including scope, licence, delivery format and support.
You are responsible for how you use a dataset once it is yours, including compliance with the law and with the licences attaching to the content inside it.
No advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Decisions about licensing, privacy, or employment law are yours to take, with your own advisers.
Availability and changes
The site is provided as it is and as available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may revise these terms — the version posted here, with its date, is the one that applies.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. For anything connected to a dataset, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for that dataset under the relevant agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
